M&A Advisory
Merger and acquisitions advisory work is a cornerstone of BHC's investment banking practice. Our work in this area includes advising private and public companies and financial sponsors in connection with (i) transactions that include acquisitions, company sales and divestitures, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures, and (ii) the planning associated with M&A, including M&A strategy, valuation, and target or buyer identification.

Our involvement in principal investment activities, wherein we are asked to evaluate many hundreds of deals each year, provides us with a unique perspective on capital sources for middle market transactions.
